1. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator is due to expire on April 9, 2025. The petitioner submits that the arguments are in progress and the argument of the claimant is over.

2. Under such circumstances and considering the advanced stage of the arbitral proceedings, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order

to the learned Arbitrator, in order to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award.

3. This order is being passed for the ends of justice, as the Court finds that the petitioner and the respondent have claims and counterclaims which are required to be adjudicated.
