Ms. Manisha Nath, learned Advocate has represented the alleged contemnors. She has submitted a copy of the compliance report signed by Assistant Engineer (C), Bldg. Borough-III, and Executive Engineer (Civil), Bldg. Borough-III dated 3rd June, 2026. The same is taken on record. According to the submissions made and the compliance report submitted in Court, it appears that in substance and due compliance of the Court's order dated July 25, 2025, the alleged contemnors have taken steps for demolition of the unauthorised construction and the demolition work has already been executed.

Since that amounts to substantive compliance of the Court's order dated July 25, 2025, there remains no further point for adjudication in the instant contempt application and the same is hereby dropped. (RAI CHATTOPADHYAY, J.) A/s.
