The Court :- This is an application by the widow for letters of administration with the Will dated 17th December, 2021 annexed as there is no named executor in the said Will. The other heirs/heiresses in intestacy have consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 48,00,000/- with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
