On 22nd June, 2022 when the matter was called on, Counsel for the plaintiff submits that an appeal before the Land Reforms Tenancy Tribunal is pending and prays for four weeks' time. Accordingly, this Court has adjourned the matter till 25th July, 2022. When the matter is called on today, none appears on behalf of the plaintiff. No accommodation is sought for. This Court finds that the plaintiff is not interested to proceed with the matter. Accordingly, CS No. 57 of 2016 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Consequently, all the general applications are also dismissed.
