The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 12th November, 2009 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

After issuance of the general and special citations as also publication thereof, no one has come forward to object to the grant of probate applied for in PLA No. 157 of 2021. The Department has issued a no caveat certificate. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed as the Will has been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
