The Court:- None appears on behalf of the petitioners. An affidavit of compliance has been filed in Court on the last occasion, copy whereof has been served upon the learned advocate representing the petitioners.

It appears that by an order dated 24th February, 2021 Court directed Director General (Environment and Heritage) E & H Department, Kolkata Municipal Corporation to consider the representation made by the petitioners on 21st January, 2021.

A copy of the order dated 21st April, 2021 passed by Director General (Environment and Heritage) E & H Department, Kolkata Municipal

Corporation allegedly in compliance of the order passed by the Court has been annexed with the affidavit of compliance. The learned advocate appearing for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation submits that the said order is presently under challenge by some of the petitioners before the appropriate Bench. In view of the above, it appears that the order of the Court has been substantially complied with.

The contempt application stands dropped.
