The Court: This is an application for extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator to make and publish the award. It is submitted by the parties that the mandate of the Arbitrator had expired on 27 August, 2019. The respondent is represented and does not object to the extension. It is submitted by the respondent that the mandate of the Arbitrator had been extended on a prior occasion for a period of six months. However, the time has expired on 27 August, 2019. As a last chance the mandate of the Arbitrator is extended for a period of six months from the date of communication of this order to the Learned Arbitrator. It is expected that the Learned Arbitrator will conclude the arbitration proceedings within the extended time period.
