For applicant The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and testament dated 18th April, 2011 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

General Citation and Special Citation were issued and necessary affixation done. No testamentary caveat has been lodged by any of the persons cited. "No caveat certificate" has been issued by the department. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the probate is granted by allowing the petition in terms of prayer [d] of the petition. The petition for grant of probate being PLA 48 of 2022 stands disposed of, accordingly.
