Consent affidavits by the persons who would have inherited the Estate in case of death in intestacy of the deceased above named have been filed. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the letters of administration is granted by allowing the petition in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.41,000/- being 10% of the approximate and value with one surety.
