...for respondent no.3 The Court: Heard Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. This is a dispute between the petitioner that is a petrol pump corporation and a partnership firm that was given dealership for running the petrol pump. Disputes having arisen between the parties, by a letter dated October 27, 2020, the petitioner had written to the partnership firm giving them notice for appointment of a sole arbitrator nominating the SFCA seeking arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Forum of Conciliation and Arbitration (SFCA). The same had at that point been opposed by the respondents. However,

Counsel on behalf of the respondent has agreed to go for arbitration by the sole arbitrator appointed by the SFCA.

In light of the fact that both parties are agreeable for the arbitrator decided by SFCA, the SFCA is directed to appoint a sole arbitrator in this matter within a period of 15 days from date.
