The Court: This matter has been listed at the instance of the advocateon-record of the petitioner who submits that by an e-mail dated 18th August, 2021, the petitioner has instructed the advocate-on-record that the execution case is required to be withdrawn since the loan amount has been amicably settled between the parties.

The respondents are represented.

In view of the above, EC No.121 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn. All interim orders are vacated including orders appointing Receiver.

The Receiver in this case shall be discharged subject to full remuneration being received by the Receiver. All connected applications are also disposed of in terms of this order.
