The parties have filed the terms of settlement in the matter.

On perusal of the terms of settlement dated December 22, 2025, it appears to this Court that the terms of settlement

has been signed by the authorized signatories of the respective parties and their respective learned Advocates. Accordingly, there shall be a decree in terms of the terms of settlement dated December 22, 2025. The original terms of settlement is taken on record.

The decree shall be drawn up and completed expeditiously.
