The petitioner has filed the present application being GA/1/2025 praying for extension of time to file inventory and accounts in terms of the order passed by this Court by granting Letters of Administration to the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court by an order dated 17th November, 2023 Letters of Administration was granted to the petitioner but due to non-availability of total accounts of the deceased, the petitioner could not file inventory and accounts within the specified time in terms of the Letters of Administration granted on 17th November, 2023. 4.

Considering the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, time to file inventory and accounts is extended for a period of two weeks from date.

GA/1/2025 is disposed of.
