Petitioner has challenged the impugned penalty orders in this writ petition on the ground that the copies of the impugned penalty orders were not served upon the petitioner. Petitioner submits that during pendency of this writ petition copies of the impugned penalty orders have been served on the advocate-on-record of the petitioner. Since the impugned penalty orders are appealable orders under the statute, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner except granting liberty to the petitioner to file appeal against the impugned penalty orders, within a period of two weeks from date and if such appeals are filed by the petitioner within the time stipulated

therein, the same shall be considered by the appellate authority on merit without raising any point of limitation.

All the points raised in this writ petition against the impugned penalty orders are kept open.

With these observations, this writ petition being WPO 197 of 2024 is disposed of.
