1. The State is not represented.

2. The petitioner prays for cancellation of the drug licence issued in favour of the private respondent.

3. Learned advocate representing the private respondent submits that the subject licence was surrendered. The evidence showing surrender of the document has been submitted before this Court and the same is already on record.

4. In view of the above, the respondent nos. 3 and 4 are directed to take necessary consequential steps in the matter after surrender of the drug licence by the private respondent, if not already taken in the meantime.

5. WPO/182/2025 is disposed of.
