By the impugned order, learned Single Judge was pleased to dismiss the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 filed by the appellant. Respondent no. 1 is represented.

In view of our judgment and order dated April 24, 2026 passed in TEMPAPO-IPD/2/2025 (Dinesh Kumar Chowdhury Vs. The Registrar of Trade Marks and Anr.), we do not find the present appeal to be maintainable.
