...for the alleged contemnors The Court:- Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnors submits as follows. The petitioner sought to effect some repairs in terms of the order passed by this Court on a particular day and all assistance was rendered by the alleged contemnors. But, for the second occasion fixed for repairs the alleged contemnors failed to provide Police assistance because of the ongoing Lok Sabha Election. The alleged contemnors are willing to provide any kind of assistance in terms of this Court's order to the petitioner for such repair works. Let the petitioner fix a date for such work. At this stage, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that they would be undertaking some repair works on the 12th and 13th of July, 2024.

The Police Authorities as on other days shall comply with the order passed by this Court.

No further order needs to be passed in this application. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs.
