The Court:- This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. It is 28th February 2025. The proceedings are at the stage of examination of witness.

The respondents do not raise any point of maintainability. Under such circumstances, considering the progress made in the proceedings and for the ends of justice, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award within the extended period.

Accordingly, AP-COM/209/2025 is disposed of.
