The Court:- Counsel for the petitioner submits that his client is not interested in pursuing the writ petition since the Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 3 has assumed charge of the functions of the Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 1. The petitioner may challenge the impugned notice under Section 14 before the appropriate tribunal in the pending application under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 being S.A. No. 98 of 2021. The writ petition is thus disposed of.
