The Court: The Registrar in-Insolvency has filed a report dated 10th August, 2023 wherein it is reported that there are certain typographical errors marked in the petition with pencil mark which are required to be rectified by the learned advocate. This is also mentioned that special citations were issued on the legal heirs of the deceased but the same could not be served and the citation notices were returned with the endorsement 'left'. Thereafter the matter was listed on 22nd August, 2023 and on the said date learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for time for taking appropriate steps for rectification of the defects as reflected in the report. Today when the matter is called, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. It is also found from the record that the petitioner has failed to rectify the defects which are reflected in the report of the Registrar in-Insolvency dated 10th August, 2023. In view of the above, PLA/54/2010 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
