It is submitted on behalf of the plaintiff that the disputes between the parties have been settled and the plaintiff does not want to proceed any further with this suit. All the defendants are represented and have no objection to such withdrawal.

In view of the aforesaid, the plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the instant suit. All interim orders stand vacated.

Needless to mention that all connected applications also stand disposed of as infructuous.

Accordingly, GA/10/2022 in CS/76/2020 stands disposed of. Since no Affidavit-in-Opposition has been called for, the allegations contained in GA/10/2022 are not admitted.
