The Court :- This is an application for grant of Letters of Administration of the estate left behind by the abovenamed deceased with the last Will and Testament dated 30th May, 2005 annexed thereto. The wife and mother of the testator predeceased him. The only daughter is the applicant. The other two legal heirs being the sons have consented to the grant. The Will annexed to the application has been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration with the Will annexed is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.28,50,000/- with two sureties.

The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
