... for the KMC The Court: It appears that on the allegation of the petitioner a demolition proceeding was initiated in respect of a property at premises No. 8A, Baishnab Sammilani Lane, Kolkata 700 006. The Corporation issued a selfdemolition notice dated May 13, 2024. Respondent Nos. 8 and 9 demolished the unauthorised construction.

The Corporation has filed a report in this regard before this Court. Let the report be kept with the record.

In view of the aforesaid, no further order needs to be passed in this writ petition.

Respondent nos.8 and 9 will be at liberty to complete the construction as per the sanctioned plan.
