The Court : This application under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 has been filed by the petitioner for alleged violation of order dated 23rd July, 2008 passed by His Lordship Justice Indira Banerjee, in connection with the WP No.844 of 2007.

The matter has appeared after it was posted in the warning list for several days. Since none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the contempt application being CC/31/2011 stands dismissed for default.
