The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate in respect of a joint of the Will dated 15th March, 2019 left behind by Shambhunath Mukherjee and his wife Swagata Mukherjee. Swagata Mukherjee died on 8th December, 2019 and Shambhunath Mukherjee died on 6th May, 2021. Mother of the testator pre-deceased him.

The other heirs in intestacy of Sambhunath Mukherjee and Swagata Mukherjee have consented to the grant. The Will has been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.

The petition for grant of probate stands disposed of, accordingly. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.) snn
