The Court:- Out of the three heirs in intestacy, one is the executor, the other two have given consent. The Will is a joint Will of Bhanwar Lal Baid and his wife Ichu Devi Baid. The Will is in English and has been signed by Bhanwar Lal Baid in english. However, Ichu Devi Baid has signed in vernacular. The Will is a registered Will. Taking into consideration all these aspects, the view of the department on scrutiny, the probate of the Will as in prayer (a) of the petition is granted.
