Mr. S. Mukhopadhyay, Adv.; Ms. K. Dutta, Adv., for appellant. Ms. S. Paul, Adv., for respondents nos.1 and 2. THE COURT: This intra-Court appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge, dated December 20, 2021, whereby WPO/1366/2021 has been dismissed.

The records reflect that the appellant, being aggrieved with the deduction of Rs.46,073/- from the claim by the respondent Insurance Company, had earlier filed WPO/442/2020, wherein the learned Single Judge had, by order dated December 22, 2020, while disposing of the writ petition, directed the concerned respondent to consider and decide the pending representation within three weeks. The representation was decided by order dated February 1, 2021, which became the subject matter of challenge in the subsequent WPO/1366/2021.

A limited argument has been advanced before this Court by the learned counsel for the appellant that the order dated February 1, 2021 is a nonspeaking unreasoned order. Learned counsel for the respondent has fairly stated that there is no objection in passing a reasoned order on the representation. Hence, we dispose of the appeal by directing the concerned respondent to pass a reasoned order on the petitioner's representation in pursuance to the order of the learned Single Judge dated December 22, 2020 passed in WPO/442/2020. Let the same be passed within a period of two months from today.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
