Learned counsel for the plaintiff in AS-Com/2/2024 submits that the disputes and differences between the plaintiff and the defendants have been settled amicably out of Court. The letter dated March 13, 2024, addressed by the authorised signatory of the plaintiff to his learned Advocate-on-Record, Ms. Labonyasree Sinha, is produced before the Court to this effect. The same is taken on record.

2. In that view of the matter AS-Com/2/2024 shall stand dismissed as withdrawn along with the connected application.

3. The interim order of arrest of the ship dated March 11, 2024 shall stand vacated.

4. The Marshall shall communicate this order vacating the order of arrest of the ship to the Coast Guard, Port and Customs authorities at Kolkata.

5. The ship M T Qian Tai 1 may be released by the Coast Guard, Port and Customs authorities at Kolkata subject to payment of the usual costs and charges.

6. The suit along with the connected application accordingly stand disposed of.

7. The order shall be effective upon payment of full court fees by the plaintiff. (RAJASEKHAR MANTHA, J) tk
