By the order dated March 23, 2021, an order dated March 6, 2019 was recalled. Learned advocate appearing for the review applicant submits that, by recalling the order dated March 6, 2019 the contempt petition filed by the review applicant is prejudiced. The Court on an application for recalling and on contested hearing allowed the application for recalling and recalled the order dated March 6, 2019 by the order dated March 23, 2021. In the event the review applicant is aggrieved by such order, the review applicant is at liberty to take appropriate steps.

In view of no ground for review being made out, I am unable to accept the contention of the review applicant. RVWO 8 of 2021 along with IA GA 1 of 2021 are disposed of accordingly.
