The Court:- This is an application under 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

It is submitted by both parties that for unavoidable reasons and primarily on the ground of the voluminous nature of claim and counter claim, the Learned Arbitrator has been unable to conclude the arbitral proceedings. Both parties consent to extending the mandate of the Arbitrator to conclude the proceedings and publish the final award.

In such circumstances, there shall be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Notice of Motion. The time to conclude the proceeding stands extended for a further period of one year from the passing of this order. With the aforesaid directions, AP-COM/454/2024 stands disposed of.
