The proposed plaintiff says that the proposed plaintiff has been advised by its Advocates that there are some deficiency in the pleading and as such, the plaint should not be presented for being admitted to institute the suit. The plaint filed with the Central Filing Section of this Court (Original Side) is allowed to be returned since the same has only been allotted a number but has not entered the suit register as the same is not being presented. The department shall de-register the suit number from the database subject to compliance with other formalities by the proposed plaintiff.

The proposed plaintiff shall be entitled to file a suit on the self-same cause despite withdrawal of the plaint subject to complying with the legal provisions.
