There is an application being CA/1/2016 (Old No.CA/652/2016) pending with the winding up petition seeking stay of the winding up petition.

In view of the order of transfer, CA/1/2016 (Old No.CA/652/2016) is also transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata.
