Counsel for the appellant submits that as per the certificate of Registration of Designs issued by the Controller General of Patents and Designs and Trademarks dated 25th July, 2014, the trademarks is expired on 20th June, 2020 and thus the appeal preferred by the appellant has become infructuous. Thus, the appellant does not want to proceed with the matter further. Accordingly, counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the appeal.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the appellant, IPDAID/19/2024 (Old No.AID/3/2017) is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
