This is an application for appointment of a substitute arbitrator, upon elevation of the learned erstwhile arbitrator as a Judge of this Court. 2.

Considering the situation, such prayer is allowed. 3.

In view of such, Mr. Sakya Sen, learned senior advocate is appointed as the substituted arbitrator, to arbitrate upon the disputes between the parties.

Proceedings were at the stage of cross-examination of the claimant's witness.

5.

Proceedings before the substituted arbitrator shall continue from the stage it was last held.

6.

Parties are at liberty to pray before His Lordship for return of all the documents, so that the same may be filed before the learned substituted arbitrator.
