The Court : The claimant in the arbitral proceeding has filed this application seeking extension of time to conclude the arbitral proceeding by the sole Arbitrator. The respondent does not object to the prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the facts of the case the time to make and publish the award by the sole Arbitrator is extended till the month of April, 2021.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
