Learned Advocate appearing for the appellant in APO/79/2018 submits that, the appellant does not wish to proceed with the appeal since the disputes stand settled. Similar is the submission made on behalf of the appellant in APO/81/2018.

In such circumstances, APO/79/2018 and APO/81/2018 are dismissed as not pressed.

All interim orders in both the appeals stand vacated. The connected applications in both the appeals are also disposed of.
