The Court:- Report filed by the Special Officer be kept with the records. The Special Officer is directed to circulate the copy of the Report of all the parties. It is submitted by the decree-holder that during the pendency of this execution proceeding, the decree has been satisfied in terms of the order dated 25 April, 2023 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench. The decree holder is directed to pay an additional sum of 1000 gms to the Special Officer in addition to the earlier payment pursuant to directions of this Court.

The decree holder also undertakes to replace the earlier cheque issued to the Special Officer after making suitable corrections. With the aforesaid directions, EC/135/2018 stands disposed of. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

The Special Officer stands discharged.
