Learned Counsel for the parties submitted that the prayer made in the present appeal has been rendered infructuous as the respondent had moved application for settlement of the disputes under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020.

It is submitted that the disputed amount of tax has also been paid by the respondent.
