The Court : This is an application under Section 25 of the Administrators General Act, 1963. The application has been filed by the Administrator General of West Bengal seeking appropriate directions from Court for distribution of the estate of the late Uma Shankar Kowar.

Pursuant to an earlier order of Court, this Court had directed service of this application on the Advocate General as well as the State of West Bengal. All the parties are represented.

It is fairly submitted on behalf of the applicant that, the applicant does not wish to pursue this application and shall take necessary steps to transfer the entire estate of the late Uma Shankar Kowar to the Judicial Department of the State of West Bengal.

In view of the aforesaid, this application stands dismissed as infructuous. Accordingly, AGA 1 of 2022 stands disposed of. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) SK.
