Accordingly, A.P. No. 230 of 2020 and G.A. No. 1 of 2020 are dismissed for non-prosecution. However, it is made clear that the merits of the case have not been gone into by this court and this order of dismissal shall not, in any manner, prejudice any other legal proceeding(s) which may be pending/initiated between the parties.
