The Hon'ble JUSTICE SABYASACHI BHATTACHARYYA Date : 19th April, 2023 The Court:- None appears for the parties when the matter is called on for hearing. It is seen from the order sheet that on March 2, 2023, the applicant had sought time to place on record the notice under Section 21 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and also to file supplementary affidavit. However, after such order of the co-ordinate Bench then taking up the matter, the application was called on for hearing on April 18, 2023 by this Bench, when none appeared for the parties.

Hence, it transpires that the petitioner is no longer interested to move this matter.

Accordingly, AP/92/2023 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.
