The order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench on 29th March, 2023 records appointment of a Receiver to take physical possession of the vehicle.

The learned Receiver is present in Court.

AP-COM/293/2024 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

Since the Report cannot be located in the Court, the learned Receiver shall file the Report in the Department.
