The Court : Counsel for the plaintiffs has filed Terms of Settlement entered between the plaintiffs and the defendant on 26th April, 2022 wherein the plaintiffs and the defendant have settled their dispute. Counsel for the plaintiffs prays for passing an order in terms of the settlement by treating the same as part of decree.

Counsel for the defendant has not raised any objection and has submitted that both the parties have settled their dispute and appropriate order can be passed in terms of the Terms of Settlement. In view of the above, the suit being CS/101/2021 is disposed of as per the Terms of Settlement dated 26th April, 2022 entered between the parties. Decree be drawn accordingly by treating the Terms of Settlement as part of decree.
