The Court: After several rounds of hearing from 6th March, 2023 onwards including enjoying an interim order passed on that date, the petitioner now seeks to withdraw the writ petition on the ground that the points urged before the Court are not part of pleadings in the writ petition.

The respondent Bank is represented.

WPO/428/2023 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

The interim order dated 6th March, 2023 is vacated.

The petitioner shall be liable to pay costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid to the respondent no. 2 Bank within a fortnight from date. (MOUSHUMI BHATTACHARYA, J.) sg.
