By consent of the appearing parties, the appeal and the application are treated as on day's list.

We have perused the order dated 25th August 2020. We have heard the parties. We find that the order is innocuous. Mr. Majumder has submitted that the real dispute is between the respondent Nos.15 to 17 with its employees who are presently employed at the respective ATMs.

We do not find any reason how the order dated 25th August 2020 could prejudice the right of the plaintiff vis-à-vis the employees

engaged by the respondent Nos.15 to 17. The respondent Nos.15 to 17 have not come forward with any relief.

Under such circumstances, we are of the considered opinion that there is no reason to interfere with the order passed by the Learned Single Judge. The appeal and the application are dismissed.
