...for the respondent The Court: This is an application for termination of the mandate of the Arbitrator and for appointment of a substitute Arbitrator. It is fairly submitted on behalf of both the parties that in view of the subsequent events which have transpired after the appointment of the Arbitrator i.e. the death of the Arbitrator, a substitute Arbitrator be appointed. In such view of the matter, AP/58/2024 is disposed of by appointing the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shivkant Prasad (Retired) as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes by and between the parties. The appointment is subject to the Learned Arbitrator communicating consent in the prescribed

format to the Registrar, Original Side of this Court within three weeks from date. The Advocate on Record of the petitioner shall communicate this order to the Learned Arbitrator forthwith and positively within 7 days from the date of passing of this order.
