The Court : The writ petitioner is aggrieved by an order of provisional assessment dated 26th March, 2019. It is submitted by the counsel for the licensee that no representation has been received against such provisional assessment and yesterday was the date fixed for hearing where the petitioner did not attend. In those circumstances, leave is granted to the petitioner to file a representation against the provisional assessment within a period of seven days from date. Upon receipt of such representation, the licensee shall fix a date of hearing and after due consideration of the petitioner's contentions, the final order of assessment may be passed.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the parties subject to their compliance with all the requisite formalities.
