For petitioner The Court : This is an application for grant of Letters of Administration filed by the widow for appointing her to be the administrator of the estate left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

The mother of the deceased pre-deceased him. The only son has given consent to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of Letters of Administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,10,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of Letters of Administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
