The respondent authorities have subsequently passed orders dated 17.03.2026 for A.Y 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 and order dated 07.03.2025 for A.Y 2020-21, under Section 147 read with Section 143(3) of the Income Tax Act in favour of the assesses/petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPO/229/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
