The Court: This is an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The matter has been adjourned on repeated occasions when the parties were unrepresented. By an order dated 4 November, 2025, in view of the non-appearance either of the parties the matter has been kept under the heading 'For Dismissal'. There is also of prayer for condonation of delay in the application. The petitioner challenges an award dated 3 October, 2023. In view of the repeated non-appearance of the petitioner, APCOM/467/2024 stands dismissed for default.

Interim orders, if any, stands vacated.
